Raising Human Babies in the Interstellar Era

After Yu Hang, the top student at an elite military academy, unexpectedly loses all his mental power and is cast out by his family, he spends his last three star coins on the cheapest cub in a pet shop. The cub's information card displays one big word: "Unknown."

The shifty shopkeeper rubs his hands awkwardly and explains, "We brought this cub back from ancient Earth. We don't know what species he is yet, but he's definitely easy to raise!"

Those words hit Yu Hang right in the heart!

He wants one that's cheap and easy to raise! He can take it to a desolate exile planet and raise it however he likes. It's small enough to carry and cuddle, and can keep him company and guard the house. Two birds with one stone.

Later, the cub of unknown species keeps growing until he's big and strong enough to snap an intruder's neck with one hand.

Terrified, Yu Hang spends all night poring over books. At last, he finds a few clues in the vast collection of ancient texts.

[In the interstellar age, humans have become a distant legend.]

[They are powerful and evil. They can crush an entire planet with one hand, becoming every interstellar person's childhood nightmare.]

Yu Hang: "..."

So, uh, what's the maximum sentence for abandoning a pet?

Can I stop raising this terrifying human cub?

Yu Chao Xi pulls him back into his embrace with one arm, just as Yu Hang once held him. Their lips and teeth meet, his expression unreadable. "You want to abandon me?"

"Go ahead and try."

Reading Guide:

* This isn't a human in the traditional sense. This human has a little bit of mysticism and a whole lot of martial prowess.

* Older-top, younger-bottom, raising-him romance. They must both be adults before they can fall in love.

* Essentially a farming story, with occasional face-slapping.

Theme: We meet in the distant future.
