[Anime Crossover/Arknights] Found You, Doctor

After the Doctor is devoured by the Seaborn, the last flesh and blood of ancient humanity grants them the most fundamental ingredient for developing civilization: intelligence. But Terra has already been consumed, from soil and water to molecules and Originium. The call of the Swarm is everywhere, so they decide to abandon this resource-less continent and head for the stars.

Then they get swatted to death.

When the Operators regain their sense of self, they find themselves in different worlds. The Swarm's consciousness still flows faintly within them, waiting for them to find the Doctor.

And so...

In the world of Bungo Stray Dogs, a red whale wanders aimlessly in search of her kin. She gazes upon the ability [Old One] and feels the irresistible call of the sea.

In the world of Demon Slayer, when the golden Pegasus finally draws its sword, gentle rain and gentle swordlight descend with it.

In the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, the Doctor stares at their shadow, then fishes two black cats out of it.

There should be other worlds too, but I haven't thought of them yet.

1. I've mixed in some Lovecraftian elements. This isn't a completely canon-divergent story, but there are plenty of personal additions. Many Operators became Seaborn-like. Though they returned to normal, they still remember what happened, so they're all a bit off.

2. The Doctor is my own interpretation: male, and no longer really human, but some kind of indescribable creature.

3. I don't want to worry about power levels, so the Doctor > Operators ≥ canon characters. Some original characters may be portrayed in a very unfavorable light.

4. This is essentially no-CP, but feel free to ship the Doctor with the Operators because of their bonds. When they travel between worlds, there are no other pairings beyond canon couples explicitly confirmed in the original works.
