[Genshin Impact] My Friend, Osamu Dazai

I'll officially start writing this one once I'm done with the one I'm livestreaming.

During the Archon War,

young Wutong fell off a cliff while traveling with his clan and was separated from them.

When he woke, all he could see were the bones of humans and monsters. A young human child was curled beneath a dead tree, clutching a bronze mirror, the only thing his deceased parents had left him.

A tear fell onto the bronze mirror, and ripples spread across its surface like water. When the mirror grew still again, a line of text appeared:

[Who are you?]

--Separation--

Former Port Mafia executive and current Armed Detective Agency member Dazai Osamu has an utterly ordinary notebook that he always carries with him.

Its cover is torn and yellowed with age. The curious have opened it, only to find its pages blank.

According to an anonymous employee of the Special Division for Unusual Powers: "Ever since the first time I saw Dazai, that notebook has always been with him."

With his friends alive and his coworkers on good terms with him, Dazai Osamu is very happy with his life now.

Apart from his repeated failures to kill himself, he has one small, utterly insignificant worry: his pen pal, who has flourished under a steady shower of black mud, has started rebelling, and might even surpass his teacher.

One notebook, one bronze mirror, two worlds.

Wutong: [Best friend! I found a way to break through the barrier between worlds!]

Dazai: [!]

Wutong: [Best friend! I'm coming to see you right away!]

Dazai: [?!!]

Dazai: My friend has rebelled, and my heart is broken TvT

--Separation--

Under the rule of Rex Lapis, the people of his former clan look at the man who has returned, the one who disrespects the gods, as if he were a monster.

"Disrespect the gods?"

The frail, black-haired young man curls his lips in a casual smile. "I just... trust myself more."

The person he trusted with everything... isn't in this world...

tips:

Oda Sakunosuke survives. Dark Dazai becomes Light Dazai.

Mainly Genshin Impact, with Bungou Stray Dogs appearing later.

I'll add more if I think of anything.

Theme: Humans can overcome fate.
