The Gland-Impaired Omega Tops the Scummy Alpha

[Includes a groveling arc where the shou pursues the gong]

Reader's guide: Su Ci is the gong. His defective gland won't change. He's a stuttering, insecure, sensitive gong.

Lin Jin is the shou, a nasty, scummy alpha.

Su Ci woke up after being forced to drink and found the top-tier alpha Lin Jin, whom he'd secretly loved for years, lying beside him. Panicked and at a loss, he quietly ran away.

Lin Jin clutched his lower back and glared furiously at the mess on the bed, gritting his teeth. "Who was it?"

Su Ci felt guilty after sleeping with Lin Jin, so he always followed him secretly. He brought him water when he played basketball, made him meals with his own hands, and gave him an umbrella when it rained and Lin Jin had forgotten his.

But Lin Jin would only reach out to the prettiest omega in the crowd, only dump Su Ci's food right in front of him, and only throw his umbrella into the trash. In front of other people, he'd mock him: "An omega with a defective gland dares to seduce me? How shameless."

His classmates mocked him, and he was pinned down and bullied in an alley. Lin Jin happened to pass by and merely sneered. "Serves you right."

As an omega with a problem gland, Su Ci had always looked up to Lin Jin.

He had watched Lin Jin pour his youth into the competition.

He had watched Lin Jin speak eloquently on the winners' podium.

He had watched Lin Jin kiss the prettiest omega in school on the rooftop.

He had also seen Lin Jin take an omega by the hand and go into a hotel.

Su Ci thought that chasing after someone was too exhausting. He was meant to be lonely all his life anyway; no one would ever love him. After graduation, Su Ci left and went to teach in a mountain village.

There, no one despised him for being an omega who couldn't have children. All he had were the children's bright eyes and their sweet calls of "Teacher Su."

He also met someone who was exceptionally kind to him.

Three months later, Teacher Su found a little mound under the covers. Inside was Lin Jin, naked and holding his stomach awkwardly as he said, "I'm pregnant, Su Ci. You have to take responsibility for me."
