The Wanted Master Detective

[Please add my upcoming spin-off, *A Detective’s Afternoon Tea*, to your collection~] At twenty-seven, Kudo finally blows up the Black Organization and reaches the TE ending, but his whole team is wiped out, so he decides to rewind time. His New Game Plus bonus is a detective-skill gacha machine: “100% detective skills! If anyone asks, just say your dad taught you in Hawaii!” Deception, stealth, assassination, hacking, forgery... Why is bartending in here too? You call that a detective skill? The description says... Bartending: 100% chance of attracting an organization member with a codename. Kudo: ? “Is this... a 100% chance of escaping when the police are after you?” Kudo: Just kidding. There’s no way I’d ever use this... “You’re under arrest! You’re suspected of disguising yourself as a high school detective and scamming more than three billion from people through online dating!” Kudo: ...My dad taught me in Hawaii. January: Chased by Nagano Prefecture police after being mistaken for the person impersonating him. February: Chased by Gunma Prefecture police after tricking a suspect into taking away a suitcase full of explosives. April: Chased by Tokyo police after stopping a deranged criminal at Beika Amusement Park... Nine out of ten clients who come asking for help end up at the police station. The agency is booming, but operating at a loss, with every case costing him money. The great detective is still wanted by the police, with a black-market bounty of over a billion. Everyone says a man controls the nation’s underworld, able to command the winds and rain and do anything. They call him the Moriarty of the Heisei era. The Heisei-era Holmes slowly types out a question mark. “What’s this Easter egg supposed to be?” “Just like the name says, it’s an Easter egg you can use to come back to life! Just hold on to it and you’ll get one chance to revive!” “But Haro just ran off with it in his mouth.” Please note: 1. Both the Red and Black sides speak in riddles, so the protagonist rewinds time. The first thing Shinichi does after rewinding is print out a guide to getting the Red side to speak plainly. 2. The gacha machine’s labels got mixed up. It’s actually a criminal mastermind training gacha. But a top-notch detective can surely make good use of any ability... Theme: Even if you draw the worst cards, you can still play them to the best possible result
