Story begins when the collection reaches 200.
[Synopsis:]
Lingling had been an odd one out in her clan since she was little. She was a highly venomous black widow, but also terribly timid. Even a live prey animal would make her dart away and hide.
Her parents doted on her, arranging her food on a plate before bringing it to her mouth. Her older brother was the ultimate doting brother, poisoning any of his kind who came near his little sister. She was his most precious treasure.
But their happy days didn't last. A sudden upheaval struck the clan. Her parents were killed, her brother went missing, and she was hunted day and night...
During her escape, Lingling met a nasty rogue. He was so mean, poking her spider legs whenever he felt like it, scaring her for fun, and grabbing her to chatter at her nonstop.
Rogue: Little spider, spray some venom for me. I want to see what a black widow's venom looks like.
Lingling: (cowering)
Rogue: Little spider, spin some silk. I want to see how you weave a web.
Lingling: (hiding in fear)
Rogue: Little spider, bite me. I want to become Spider-Man.
Lingling: (hiding and refusing to come out)
Rogue: Little spider...
Lingling's thoughts: He's so annoying!
The rogue was awful, but she really did feel safe with him. He killed every one of her pursuers, and would coolly say, "You dare kill my little spider?"
Lingling was deeply touched. She even secretly thought that maybe the rogue wasn't so bad after all. But when she heard what he said next, she didn't want to talk to him anymore.
"If anyone's going to kill her, it'll be me, once I'm done playing with her!"
Lingling (hiding and sulking): You awful thing!
With the rogue protecting her, Lingling was happy. He clumsily tried to comfort the timid girl, always calling her "little spider," and gave her every nice thing he came across... He clearly spoiled her, but he had such a sharp tongue and a nasty mouth.
She thought she would live like this with him for the rest of her life, but then the rogue suddenly went blind.
She was so sad and so angry.
After taking revenge herself, she carefully looked after the rogue. She thought that maybe this was fine after all. At least he could stay by her side until they grew old.
Just then, news arrived that turned her life upside down once again:
Her parents were still alive!
There was a lead on her older brother's whereabouts, too!
Lingling (frightened and bewildered): What on earth is going on?!
What would she do now?
