Wen Ye comes from a wealthy family, and his parents are deeply in love. Without Zhou Erchen, his life would have been smooth sailing, with hardly a ripple in sight. But then Zhou Erchen came along: taller, more handsome, and so gifted academically that he had been ranked first in the whole school for years. Wen Ye couldn't win an argument with him, and Zhou Erchen managed to outdo him in every way.

Zhou Erchen was like a cloud that always hung over his head. Wen Ye tried with all his might to catch up, but there was nothing he could do.

Sometimes, when he dreamed about him, he would get so angry that he'd kick him a couple of extra times in his sleep.

But he never imagined that he'd wake up one morning to find that he and Zhou Erchen had gotten carried away after drinking.

And their parents had caught them in the act.

Zhou Erchen had a slight fever, and with his pale face and disheveled clothes, he looked more like the one Wen Ye had taken advantage of.

"..."

Wen Ye gritted his teeth and had no choice but to accept the accusation that he'd slept with Zhou Erchen.

Everyone in the entertainment industry knew Zhou Erchen and Wen Ye had grown up together, but they had none of the affection you'd expect from childhood friends. One was a musical genius, the other an idol-turned-actor. They belonged to entirely different circles, yet they were bitter enemies who never crossed paths in public.

Their fans took sides, too, and hurled insults at each other whenever they met.

Then, some time later, a gossip account revealed that the two were dating and would appear together on a dating show. Everyone was stunned.

Fans: ? Are you two okay? Seriously, are you okay?

On the show, Wen Ye abandoned his usual cool, aloof image. He clung sweetly to Zhou Erchen's arm, affectionately calling him "wifey," blowing him kisses, saying he loved him, and telling him that no matter how much he thought of him, it was never enough.

When the show aired, it successfully disgusted thirty million viewers.

And somehow, it became a massive hit.

Off camera, a hand gently plucked the cigarette from Wen Ye's lips. Pinned against the wall and unable to move, he lowered his voice and ground out, "Zhou Erchen... You asshole, have some shame!"

"Hm? What's wrong?" Zhou Erchen smiled softly, putting the cigarette between his teeth. His voice was teasing and suggestive. "Hubby."

Theme: Face love with determination. You won't regret it if you give it a try.
