He ranks dead last, is withdrawn and cold-hearted, and loves fighting and skipping class. He's a genuine little King of Hell. No one knows Meng Xi has a special ability: a light touch is all it takes to make anyone fall in love with him. Song Huai is the all-around top student, adored by his teachers. He's handsome and aloof, but suffers from severe touch starvation. He can't be touched or even brushed against, or he'll have an episode. The two are randomly assigned as deskmates, and neither can stand the other. · Everyone thinks they're bitter enemies. Until one day, someone walks in on the top student holding Meng Xi down on a desk and hugging him in an empty classroom. "We agreed this was desensitization therapy." Song Huai's voice is hoarse. "Five minutes per question. You got four wrong, so you still owe me twenty minutes." Meng Xi: ...What the hell kind of desensitization therapy is this?! You aren't having an episode at all, you pervert!! ·Reading Guide· 1. The bottom is pretending. There's no school bullying, and he's not really a school bully. 2. Weibo: @FuqiuWhoNeedsToWriteWell 3. One is an alpha with exceptionally strong genes, the other a beautiful, cool omega. Their families are close, and the two have a 99% match rate, so both sets of parents consider their marriage a done deal. Song Xun knows full well he doesn't like Lin Pei. Lin Pei is smart and good-looking, but he's aloof and taciturn, which makes him far too boring for Song Xun. Then one day, Song Xun suddenly develops the ability to read minds. Lin Pei walks past him, and a flood of chattering thoughts pours into his ears: "Damn, the old man's keeping us late again. I'm definitely not getting my chicken drumstick, for fuck's sake." "I held back too much on the monthly exam. Showing off isn't nearly as satisfying that way. Guess I can't stay up gaming the night before an exam." "What the hell is Song Xun wearing today? That handsome face is going to waste. Your affection score is minus five today. Baby, you're so useless. Do you know how many people are lining up to bite your husband's neck?" Song Xun: "???" - Lin Pei notices that Song Xun has been hanging around him a lot lately. He can't help feeling pleased, while wondering why the little idiot has suddenly changed his tune. Song Xun gives a cold laugh and pins him in a corner: "I forgot my suppressants. Mind letting me take a sniff?" Theme: Just fall in love, that's all. No deeper meaning.
