The Only Plant-Type Being in the Galaxy

The Only Plant-Type in the Galaxy

At eighteen, Rong Xi awakens as the only plant-type in the history of the galaxy. After genetic testing classifies her as a useless contract beast, she becomes the laughingstock of her family and is jilted by her childhood sweetheart, who grew up alongside her.

Everyone thinks Rong Xi, heir to the Rong family, is finished.

Then, during a live-streamed exploration reality show, the guests' contract beasts suddenly turn on them and go berserk, devouring their reason. A vine descends from the sky...

Afterward, the guests who nearly lost their minds to their contract beasts nuzzle at the feet of the girl who has just recalled the vine.

Everyone: Weren't those supposed to be useless contract beasts?

In the interstellar age, everyone knows that the more powerful an awakened contract beast is, the greater the demands it places on its bonded partner. They endure the backlash of their beasts every moment, never knowing when their beasts might seize their minds and bodies.

Scientists have spent years searching for a solution, but none have found one.

And plant-type Rong Xi has solved it!

Lu Xingjue, the sole heir to his family, has suffered since birth and can barely sleep at night.

Doctors once diagnosed that he was unlikely to live past eighteen. His powerful contract beast would consume his reason, turning him into a killing machine. They recommended euthanasia if necessary.

Yet when a massive beast tide on a frontier planet threatened the lives of its people, this very young man single-handedly exterminated the star beasts and brought peace.

Watching the young man emerge from the ruins, Rong Xi's gaze burns with determination. I have to save him!

A gentle, cunning beauty of a plant-type heroine vs. a cool, naturally dazed male lead with a deep-sea Kunpeng.

1. Both leads can really fight!

2. Sticking firmly to one-on-one romance. They are each other's first love, in heart and body.

3. The heroine has several plant-type contract beasts. The male lead has only one, a Kunpeng, a fish in the sea and a bird in the sky.

4. Includes slice-of-life elements like farming, food, and running a business.

5. A sweet story with mutual doting.

Theme: Strive upward and forge ahead.
