Third-year veterinary student Tang Weiwan wakes up to find that she has transmigrated into a cultivation novel and become a demon.
A mushroom spirit with no strength to lift a finger.
The kind that can only make someone sneeze, even if she uses every bit of her cultivation.
In the original novel, the only thing said about her is one sentence.
"The mushroom spirits were captured by the Demon Lord and stewed into a delicious pot of chicken soup."
And the place where she transmigrated was the kitchen.
To save her life, Tang Weiwan folds up her cap and pretends to be an immortal spirit herb, making grand claims: "This immortal spirit herb blooms once every ten thousand years. The morning dew that forms on its leaves each day can heal the Demon Lord's internal injuries."
From then on, Tang Weiwan begins a desperate struggle to stay alive, using both the plot and basic medical knowledge (veterinary medicine) to her advantage.
Until one day, her secret is exposed: she has been spraying tea water on herself and passing it off as morning dew.
She has no choice but to leave behind a lump of dried mushroom and fake her death to escape.
When she encounters the Demon Lord again, he is no longer wearing his dark armor. A long robe conceals his slightly rounded belly.
"Can you explain this?"
Spring, the season when all living things mate.
She really didn't know that the Demon Lord sneezed because he was allergic to her mushroom spores.
And she certainly didn't know those spores could get the Demon Lord pregnant!!!
Tang Weiwan: ...Rest assured, Your Excellency. I'll take responsibility.
I have plenty of experience with postpartum care.
The Demon Lord narrows his eyes, murderous intent in his gaze. "Experience? What kind of experience?"
Tang Weiwan tries to hide the postpartum care manual for sows in her sleeve.
Reader's Guide:
There's not much of a guide. It's a sweet, silly comedy.
