The Foolish Cannon Fodder's Revenge

Jiang Zao was planted with a seed of hatred by his parents when he was young. He should have been a carefree young heir to a wealthy family, but twenty years ago, a business deal fell through and the Jiang family went bankrupt. His beloved older brother died because they couldn't afford his medical treatment.

A gentleman's revenge is never too late.

Jiang Zao joins the Shang household as a butler, his mind full of schemes and plots.

Shang Shixu, the Shang family's sole heir, has a face more handsome than any celebrity's. He's tall, handsome, and has a lovely voice. He always smiles at Jiang Zao so gently...

It must be an act! A villain's son has to be a villain too!

None of the vicious tricks Jiang Zao tries can turn Shang Shixu bad. He thinks that sometimes good shoots grow from bad bamboo, and children shouldn't be blamed for their parents' sins.

Until one night, he wakes to find Shang Shixu rubbing his own hand against little Shang... Jiang Zao's world crumbles.

Mom and Dad were right. The whole Shang family is rotten!

Crying, Jiang Zao washes his hands over and over with disinfectant. Then he thinks of the most vicious way to take revenge: make sure the Shang family has no heirs.

After sacrificing his charms for the umpteenth time, Jiang Zao finally gets Shang Shixu to take him home to meet his parents.

Jiang Zao wipes his mouth hard, his dark eyes darting around as he thinks viciously: The revenge begins now.

The night he brings Jiang Zao home, Shang Shixu pours himself a glass of red wine and quietly watches the security cameras. Before long, the little lunatic appears on-screen, sneaking around.

The custom-made curtains, worth seven figures, are set on fire. A quick calculation shows Jiang Zao will have to sell himself to him for the rest of his life to pay off the damages.

Shang Shixu happily drains his glass, sets it down, and gets up. First, he'll collect some interest from the little lunatic.

Jiang Zao's revenge begins and ends in a single night. The next morning, he wakes up bruised all over, his hips and waist aching as if broken. His eyes are swollen from crying, but he still refuses to back down: "Shang Shixu, I curse you to die without an heir!"

Shang Shixu bursts out laughing. "Zaozao, are you confessing your love to me?"
