Love Curse

At the start of the twenty-first century, the coastal city of Fenggang rose overnight to become one of the country's most developed cities. The Fenggang River split it in two, dividing the gleaming new district from the old district beyond compare. The new district was a glittering steel jungle, all bright lights and lavish luxury. The old district held on to the traditions and character of the ancient city, with a lively, lived-in feel and houses on the verge of collapse. Most people there struggled just to get by.

Border Collie lived in the old district, while Tang Ning lived in the new one.

They were old classmates and longtime friends, until Tang Ning, heartbroken after a breakup, wandered into a shop selling love spells and was dragged into an abyss of desire by a "love spell"...

At first glance, you're dazzling; after a few more looks, I can't bear to leave.

"I love you, and it has nothing to do with the love spell."

"Then what does it have to do with?"

"You'll find out someday."

I've always wanted to write a little crime story, so I'm finally following my heart. I hope you enjoy it.
