My Forest-Loving Boyfriend

A truly forest-loving boyfriend.

College student x forest ranger

Song Xingyu was born alone and grew up alone. He had even prepared himself for a lonely old age.

He felt no joy or sorrow, as if he were a lonely star hanging high in the depths of space.

Then one day, Su Yang suddenly burst into his life.

Su Yang's warmth, playful nature, and gentle sweetness gradually melted Song Xingyu, thawing him little by little.

Carrying some troubles with him, Su Yang came to a small county town far from the capital to clear his head. Like on many trips before, he planned to spend some time alone in the woods and then go home.

Unexpectedly, though not surprisingly, he was caught in a downpour. After taking several falls, he lost his compass and phone. Just as he thought he was going to die miserably in the remote mountains, he found a lifeline.

Their brief encounter gave Su Yang a special fondness for the young yet mature Song Xingyu. From then on, the paths of these two men, who should never have crossed, became hopelessly entangled.

Though Song Xingyu was only in his twenties, he had been a forest ranger in this forest for over ten years. During a routine patrol this time, he came across a mud-covered figure, filthy from head to toe.

And so, a man who loved to chatter and one who was practically a walking bottle of silence found their way to each other.

Tips:

1. The information about forest rangers was gathered online. If anything is inaccurate, feel free to point it out.

2. The male lead goes into the forest in the first two chapters because the plot requires it. He doesn't venture deep into the restricted forest; he just gets lost because he's clumsy. We don't encourage this sort of behavior in real life.

3. More to be added.
