A bold catgirl who turns into a human VS a lonely boy who's cold on the outside but warm inside
Zhiyu is a weak little cat who can't compete for food, so she's always hungry and wandering the streets.
One day, she happens to see a fight at the mouth of an alley. The boy at the front has black hair and eyes like stars, and with one punch he sends the opposing leader bleeding from the nose.
Zhiyu falls hard for him. If he became her owner, wouldn't she never have to be bullied again?
She decides to go for it. She shows up at the convenience store he often visits and sits beside him on the bridge, watching the stream. Then she discovers that this fierce-looking boy is surprisingly gentle. Not only does he buy her canned cat food, he also pats her head and says goodbye before going to school.
On a rainy night, the boy comes back from a street fight, soaked from head to toe, and calls her inside. Perhaps afraid of frightening her, he says softly, "It's cold outside. You can leave once the weather clears up."
Zhiyu darts inside without a second thought, rolling around happily on the sofa.
Leave? Who would leave after finding a home?
But fate has other plans for cats.
She suddenly turns into a human.

Zhou Churun's stray cat, whom he'd only recently taken in, suddenly disappears.
He spends several days searching for her, completely distracted.
A friend comes to help look for the cat and guesses, "Maybe someone better came along and adopted her. She might already be living at someone else's place." Zhou Churun falls silent, neither agreeing nor disagreeing.
