The Heart of America

Warning: This story is rather obscure, so brace yourself before reading~~ This story is adapted from some chapters of the North American myth of the Corn God. The earliest Maya lived in Tulan, North America. Because of natural disasters, they had no choice but to migrate south to South America. That migration gave rise to a unique god: the Corn God, Kites. I was very interested in Kites, so I tried writing this short story. A note from August 5, 2011: This is an old piece from seven years ago. I read it again today, and it really is terribly written… I'm so, so ashamed… I've locked it for now. Theme:
