Transmigrating to Chang'an: Mecha Tales at Night

Blurb: Guan Lu, a homebody, transmigrates to the Western Han and becomes the famous charlatan Guan Lu. At first, he's pretty unhappy, because he thinks he'll have to spend the rest of his life under Guan Lu's name. Then he discovers that something about the way he transmigrated is off. This alternate-history Western Han is full of Gundams... no, armored cavalry. One moment he's happy, the next he's not. He's happy because he managed to get his hands on a Gundam... no, an armored cavalry unit to pilot. He's unhappy because this world is a complete mess... Of course, in this alternate Western Han, anything is possible. His superior calls himself Han Xing, and is apparently Han Yan. He puts up with it. His friend calls himself Wei Qing, and is apparently Wei Qing. He puts up with that, too... The original owner of this body was supposed to have lived in the Three Kingdoms era, but is now in the Western Han. He puts up with that as well... But when he discovers that the emperor of the empire isn't Liu Che, he can't take it anymore! And so Guan Lu roars! Is transmigrating supposed to be easy?! What is this ridiculous mess of a world?! He's already got enough to worry about with the armored cavalry unit he acquired eating people! And the emperor is making things even worse! What's the secret behind the armored cavalry units?! Where did Chi You, that idiot, come from?! The Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor is somewhere only the protagonists of tomb-raiding stories go, right?! Did he transmigrate into a mecha novel or into Xuan-Yuan Sword?! Did he transmigrate into Xuan-Yuan Sword or The Grave Robbers' Chronicles?! In the end, Guan Lu decides that since nothing in this world is going to be easy, he might as well turn this alternate Western Han upside down… = = A friendly warning: 1. This story isn't scientifically accurate. It's a hodgepodge of all sorts of things. Although it features mecha, it's fantasy, not science fiction. 2. The author doesn't update daily, but can guarantee around 3,000 words a day from Monday to Friday. There are usually no updates on weekends. (But if there's no update one day, the author will make it up on Saturday. If an update falls short, the missing words will be made up the following day.) 3. There will be an announcement if an update can't be posted. 4. There are multiple relationships along the way, but the ending is one-on-one. Generally speaking, the male lead is the top, though the author might occasionally have a brain fart (...) and make him the bottom once or twice... All things considered, please think carefully before diving in =v= P.S. The events in the "Sou Shen Juan" arc are based on Records of the Search for the Supernatural (Volume 3, "Guan Lu Divines for Wang Ji"), and aren't the author's original work... But the author has deconstructed and reworked the events, so it should... not count as plagiarism, right? OTZ P.S. A Shen Xie fanfic for Gu Jian Qi Tan 2 is also being updated at the same time. Come check it out~ The amount of updates each week depends on the rankings. Whichever story the editor puts on a list will get the main updates. If neither story makes a list, the main updates will go to the Gu Jian fanfic, Beloved~
