Author's afterword: This story is adapted from the manga of the same name by Midorikawa Yuki. Adults are always warning young people about the dangers of the world, so children keep away from the forest they call "society," a place they've made into a monster. Little do they know that "gold," the very thing that represents tenderness and love, is what the monsters carefully protect. If you never experience it, how can you see the splendid fireworks of a summer festival?
Young love, like the love between Jin and Ying, is destined to go nowhere. Pure and innocent, unable to cross the line, it is nevertheless beautiful and illusory. Adults say that the young are bewitched by monsters, and that such things should never happen. But how can they know that, for those innocent children, it might be a dream as dazzling as fireworks?
Theme:
It's the movie "Forest of Fireflies" released this year, right?
I regretted it so much that my intestines turned green. It's been a long time since I've been exposed to BE.
But it's pretty good-looking
Because this article for adults is relatively short, it feels a little rushed and doesn't feel very full.
