Interstellar Virtual Pet-Raising App

Lin Di had a pair of pointed ears. Since childhood, he had been treated as a freak and abandoned on a garbage planet.

Later, his parents, whom he had never met, sent someone to bring him from the garbage planet to the capital's military academy.

Everyone was ready to laugh at Didi, who had never received a formal education.

But when the results of the military academy entrance exams came out, everyone was dumbfounded.

Lin Di had come in first.

Lin Di had a secret he had never told anyone.

Ever since he was little, a glowing screen had appeared beside him, and lots of people claiming to be his mom and dad had sent him all sorts of things.

Whatever other people had, he had too.

The warlike, cold-blooded Ole Star System hadn't seen a single point-eared elf born in a hundred years.

One day, a strange livestreaming app suddenly appeared on the communicators of the people of the Ole Star System.

Inside the app was a precious point-eared elven child, barefoot and dressed in a tattered burlap sack, dragging scrap metal several times his size to exchange for a pitiful amount of money.

The people of the Ole Star System, one second earlier: What a garbage app. Report it and get it taken down.

The next second, the little one rubbed his growling stomach, clutched his money, and walked into a bookstore. He leaned against the glass counter, his eyes glistening as he asked timidly, "Could you make it a little cheaper?"

The people of the Ole Star System: How much? I'll pay. Let me buy it for him!
