That meant all she had to do was get this black thing to do her tasks for her. Easy.
With a little effort, she could show this black thing the benefits of having a System. It would be hooked in no time!
So Qiao Silin cleared her throat. "Hello..."
The black thing said, "Who are you?"
She was just about to tell him.
"Hello, I'm a city-building System..."
"What do you want?"
Could he let her finish?
"Hello, I'm a city-building System. Do you want to make Gotham a civilized city that the neighboring cities envy? All you have to do is..."
"No. I don't need that. Get out of my head!"
"..."
She was wrong. This man was impossible!
