Oedipus Complex

The female lead starts out with a tragic background, then gets her revenge on her vicious stepsister in the end and lives happily ever after with Long Aotian, the favored child of heaven.

Chi Tang, a career-minded woman, happens to transmigrate into the role of that ill-fated stepsister. She looks around at the bare walls of their home as her stepfather and mother flee with all the pots and pans, leaving her with a tiny child who is hungry and crying softly into her hands.

She falls silent for a moment, then decides to earn money and deal with their immediate need for food.

In the end,

she becomes a domineering CEO.

The little child grows up into a beautiful, gentle star of the entertainment industry.

Chi Tang is reluctant to part with her, but still hands her sister Long Aotian's contact information.

Her sister lies across her lap, her breathing suddenly growing heavy. She looks up, her dark eyes clouded with grievance and a sickening desire to possess.

"Are you abandoning me?"

Chi Tang: Something feels a little off.

Theme: Girls helping girls.
