The Grand Princess and the Courtesan

When Jiang Chuyue learned that the entire Qin family had been thrown in prison, she was traveling out of town.

By the time she hurried back, it was too late. All she could do was rescue the eldest Qin daughter, who was being auctioned off for her first night at the Entertainment House.

At first, Jiang Chuyue saved Qin Nian only to repay Chancellor Qin for his kindness. But Qin Nian wasn't the sort of woman who would meekly stay in the inner quarters.

In the end, the two struck a deal: Qin Nian would help her devise strategies, and Jiang Chuyue would clear the Qin family's name.

But Qin Nian grew more and more insatiable. She meddled in Jiang Chuyue's household and even wanted to take over her bedchamber!

Jiang Chuyue is a notorious hedonistic princess in Great Chu. Because the current emperor is her younger brother, she keeps a harem full of beauties and spends every night in revelry.

As the chancellor's daughter, Qin Nian is the dream woman of every young gentleman in the capital, an untouchable flower on a lofty peak.

The two should have had nothing to do with each other, but one night, the princess barged into the Entertainment House just to buy Qin Nian's freedom.

Everyone thought that being in the princess's hands would mean a life worse than death for Qin Nian, and they all pitied her.

Little did they know that Qin Nian enjoyed a beauty at her side every night, and even pinned the haughty princess beneath her on the bed. Gazing at the princess's tear-filled eyes and faintly flushed cheeks, she murmured, "Was your concubine's service to Your Highness satisfactory?"

1. A princess determined to usurp the throne, the bottom x a fallen noblewoman turned courtesan, the top

2. They're both tops and bottoms, but the story is mainly told from the bottom's perspective

3. Although the bottom eventually takes the throne, this is essentially a sweet romance, with little political intrigue (the author's brain isn't up to writing political intrigue, either)

4. The beauties in the princess's household are all a front. She has no improper relations with them.
