Caroline is one of the heirs to the Delmond Empire...
Unfortunately, though she has a claim to the throne, the queen doesn't favor her.
Her mission is to be a naive, kind-hearted little princess, get kidnapped by a dragon, and wait for a prince to rescue her. Then, like every princess in a fairy tale, she'll live happily ever after with him.
But that isn't the life Caroline wants. So she steals the crystal lamp and frames the dragon, then lights it when no one is paying attention, praying for the gods to show her favor.
The crystal lamp burns for three days and three nights, but the gods never appear. The queen has Caroline thrown in prison for stealing it.
Just as she thinks she's about to be burned alive, a god appears.
A faint golden light surrounds the god. Her golden eyes, full of divinity, gaze calmly at Caroline as her pale, cool hand brushes the dust from the girl's cheek.
"My follower, what do you want from me?"

Christine has been asleep for nearly a century. At some point, she began to dream of a little girl who would take her hand and play with her.
She wakes again when a little princess named Caroline summons her. The princess has the most beautiful face in the world, but is terribly foolish and vulgar.
When Christine asks what she wishes for, the princess answers smugly, "I want ten wishes!"
Christine refuses the greedy request and tells her to make another wish.
The little princess furrows her lovely brows and thinks for a long moment before deciding, "I want to be queen!"
To grant the little princess's wish, Christine has no choice but to stay by her side, teaching her everything from academic knowledge to how to govern a country.
But at some point, the god with her usually placid expression starts waking in the middle of the night, her cool, divine face flushed red, clearly after some unspeakable dream.
One night, she wakes to see Caroline gazing at her with sparkling eyes, holding a thick tentacle and asking curiously, "Your Divine Grace, what is this? It's cool to the touch, and it feels so nice."
Caroline rubs her soft cheek against the cool tentacle, pressing it to the dark-red appendage. Christine finally can't hold back and uses her tentacles to pull the little princess into her arms.
A faint crimson hue tinges those golden eyes. Her slender fingertips fall on Caroline's rosy lips, and she says calmly, "Your Highness, it's time to pay your dues."
I know you are shallow and foolish, but I love you.[1]
Nonhuman, top is the woman.
