Ming Wan transmigrates into a book, arriving just as she's confessing to the male lead, a heartthrob adored by everyone. On the night she climbs over the wall, red leaves blanket the ground outside the city, and a line of people blocks her path.
The young man approaches step by step and pins her against a late-autumn maple. Ming Wan's gaze moves up from the magnificent dragon embroidery on his brocade robe, meeting his beautiful, refined face.
It looks kind of familiar.
Ming Wan's heart skips a beat.
