I Thought I Was the Only Human in Class

Bai Yin's Diary 1:

I transferred schools today, moving from the city to the countryside.

I started boarding at a secluded high school on a mountaintop.

But the longer I live at this school, the stranger it seems.

It's almost as if, in this school, in my class, I'm the only one who's... human?

Bai Yin's Diary 2:

The class monitor likes telling stories, though they're all horror stories.

The arts committee member likes drawing, but his art is so abstract I can't understand it.

The study committee member keeps track of everyone's grades. Those with high grades have to go on extracurricular activities.

The life committee member helps everyone go out and sell things for money.

How strange. Do we need money when we're boarding at school?

…Oh, there's a shop on campus.

Bai Yin's Diary 3:

Math class is normal, but Chinese class is all about eerie legends.

Geography is ordinary, but biology is all about dissection.

Politics is easy, but history class is strange. It's nothing like the history classes I remember.

Huh? The ones I remember? Why am I finding it harder and harder to recall what history class used to be like?

How strange... What was my life like before?
