User 2: This long-time forum lurker predicts this post will end with, “Thanks, everyone. We're together now.”

A few weeks later,

OP: Thanks, everyone. Turns out my roommate and I were already together!

In Song Zaixia's eyes,

At last, China's Best Roommate, Song Zaixia, realizes something's wrong: Damn, he likes me! Am I supposed to wrap myself up and give myself to him this time?

Also, why does the whole school say we're dating? What, Lin Xing, you think we're dating too?

The aggrieved immortal, Lin Xing:

Help! My roommate gave me matching cups and matching pajamas, went on dates with me, introduced me to his parents, and declared his claim on me to my admirers. How do I handle him only figuring out today that we're a couple?

Not long after,

Song Zaixia glares at his roommate misbehaving on top of him and roars:

“I said not today! Don't pretend you're sleepwalking. I know you're awake!!!”

Both leads have wonderfully strange thought processes, so this is a silly story. Forum posts and regular chapters alternate. The first regular chapter appears in Chapter 8 and will be marked in the title. The author is terrible at naming characters, so aside from the OP and the moderators, no one in the main post has a username. Just imagine it's a completely anonymous forum.
