“I used to not want to be a bad person because I was afraid of retribution.”
“Later, I became a bad person, only to discover that so-called retribution was simply everyone being unable to forget me.”
[Please Read Before Starting]
1. The protagonist who is the recipient practices a technique that requires him to absorb hatred, so he deliberately plays the “bad guy” in the martial world. For example, he actually saves someone’s family member, but when they come after him asking where the person is, he just arrogantly says, “I killed them.”
2. The protagonist who is the pursuer likes to pretend to be a gentleman, but he’s actually a dark, unhinged man. He’s the exact opposite of the recipient.
3. To avenge his family’s blood feud, the recipient has self-destructive tendencies and lives quite recklessly and indulgently. He has lots of enemies... though they don’t all really count as enemies. (Like, “Yue Wuchen, you liar! I’m going to kill you!” followed by “Fine, Yue Wuchen, don’t die. I still want to spend my whole life with you QAQ.”)
