Fu Miao had lived on a barren planet for seventeen years. He never expected to suddenly become the illegitimate son of the noble Fu family on the capital planet, leaving poverty behind and joining the ranks of famous Omegas.

But there's no such thing as a free lunch. Fu Miao was brought back to the family from thousands of miles away so he could replace the Fu family's Omega as a candidate to become the prince's consort!

Fu Miao quietly accepted reality, learning aristocratic etiquette and all the things he could never have encountered on the barren planet. But after just three months, he was sent to an elite Omega academy to get acquainted with the other noble Omegas.

Ah! Flower arranging, cooking, little crafts? Isn't this a school? Why are they teaching us this stuff?

Fu Miao wanted to flip the table, but couldn't. Just as he was barely holding on, his gorgeous roommate flipped the table and said exactly what was on his mind: "What kind of damn school is this? What kind of trash are they teaching us? You expect me to learn this stuff so I can wait on those stinking Alphas?"

Fu Miao applauded from behind him, almost unable to hold back his cheers.

The school underwent a major overhaul, and academic courses were added to the schedule. Just as Fu Miao was immersed in a sea of knowledge, the twice-yearly social dance arrived. The prince, who might one day become his Alpha, would be attending. Fu Miao suddenly came to his senses, almost forgetting why the Fu family had acknowledged him.

"What's so special about a mere prince?" his beautiful, haughty roommate said scornfully.

Then he took Fu Miao's hand and solemnly warned him, "You're not allowed to dance with any Alpha. You can only dance with me."

Who doesn't love an elegant, beautiful little swan? Omegas are no exception.

At the dance, the little swan dazzled everyone after dancing with Fu Miao, capturing the hearts of a crowd of Alphas.

Watching those Alphas eye his little swan like wolves, Fu Miao went on high alert. He guarded against every possibility, but still failed to stop a despicable schemer from triggering the little swan's heat.

Fu Miao fled the dance with the little swan. The moment they got back to their dorm, he was pinned to the bed. Sweet pheromones filled the room, mingled with a tearful confession.

"A Miao, don't marry the prince. Will you marry me instead?"

Fu Miao couldn't withstand that kind of temptation. His reason vanished in an instant.

To hell with being the prince's consort, to hell with Alphas, to hell with the Fu family. He wanted an Omega! He wanted his little swan!
