A new story, "So, I Did Reach Out to You First," is now available. The blurb is at the end.
Blurb: Famous stage actor vs. former fan and girlfriend
Three years ago, the first time Shao Yong saw Gu Sen onstage, she fell in love at first sight.
More than two years ago, their secret relationship came to an abrupt end when Gu Sen refused to make it public during a sensitive time when he was under intense scrutiny.
Now Gu Sen, who thought he had long since forgotten her, suddenly receives a call from her.
"Hello, I'm Shao Yong. Long time no see..."
He instinctively hung up, only to realize that her name had taken root somewhere deep in his heart and had never disappeared.
Shao Yong, who had resolutely vanished from his life back then, now has no choice but to grit her teeth and work with him to make ends meet.
As a writer, she has to conduct a ten-day, up-close interview with him.
"How up close are we talking?" Gu Sen sneered.
Unable to put up with his sarcasm, Shao Yong asked, "Gu Sen, do you hate me for breaking up with you back then, or are you still in love with me even now?"
A clichéd yet happy story of two people getting back together after a breakup. After all their twists and turns, the one you love is still you.
"So, I Did Reach Out to You First"
Qiao Zhiyan never imagined she would run into Chen Qian's mother at her internship company, and that she would turn out to be a hugely important client! She couldn't help vaguely regretting how she had treated Chen Qian before...
Back then, Qiao Zhiyan had written a script for the drama club. It unexpectedly became a huge hit, and club president Chen Qian began treating her like a goddess.
But now, Qiao Zhiyan was completely overwhelmed by her internship. No matter how attentive the handsome Chen Qian was, all she could do was keep brushing him off.
When he pushed her too far, she even left him with this: "I'm swamped at the Little Sun tutoring center! I really don't have time to write another script for you! Please leave me alone, or I'll have to block you and we'll never cross paths again!"
At last, Chen Qian left her alone for a few days.
Then one day, the tutoring center landed a major partner: children's author Zhang Jianing!
And so, the prim and proper Zhang Jianing and Qiao Zhiyan, carrying a huge stack of documents, unexpectedly ran into each other in the hallway.
The principal was waving her away with disdain, but when Zhang Jianing caught sight of the bedraggled Xiao Qiao, she went from renowned author Zhang to Auntie Zhang in an instant.
"Xiao Qiao, what a coincidence! It's you!"
"Auntie, what are you doing here?"
As the principal stared in astonishment, Auntie Zhang warmly took her hand. "Xiao Qiao, I heard you've been so busy with work that you haven't paid any attention to my good-for-nothing son in ages. A Qian has been sighing all the time lately."
Qiao Zhiyan's cheeks flushed. "I've been a little busy lately."
"I heard you were so busy you were about to cut ties with my son." Auntie Zhang looked like a worried mother. "Anyway, when you have a moment, send A Qian a reply."
Then, after Auntie Zhang turned back into Author Zhang and left with prim dignity, the principal looked at Qiao Zhiyan as if she were about to burst into flames.
The principal said, "Hurry up and reply to him!"
Qiao Zhiyan said, "Okay!"
Ten minutes later, Chen Qian grinned as if his scheme had worked. "Qiao, I finally got a message from you."
Qiao Zhiyan replied with an awkward smile, "Oh, come on, don't make a big deal of it. I did reach out to you first, didn't I?"
Looks like she'll have plenty more chances to "reach out" to him from now on.
Theme: Cherish life
Thanks for the limited exemption 💪 I feel that the female protagonist is a bit too romantic, and the male protagonist forgives her immediately. As expected, the person who is tempted first is easily injured 🤔
Otherwise, you shouldn't have this mouth. It's so irritating.
Hehe, what the heroine said makes sense.
"There's a pair." Shao Yong replied. "Catch a big bug for the author~ one piece
"Four people and no one" is a big bug for the author~ no one around
I haven't had a fetal heartbeat for two months, but the baby is actually moving.
When the adjective "small" is placed in front of a pregnant woman, it makes people a little bit uncomfortable. It reminds me of the "Slow Foot 09" little pregnant woman. I saw this in one go, thank you for the free offer
I feel that the male protagonist is quite comfortable in this relationship, and the female protagonist is completely taken away. If it were realistic, the female protagonist would be deceived. Fortunately, it is a small sweet article [Spreading Flowers]
Thanks for the limited exemption. The plot is very compact and I can't help but read it in one go. It's really good.
