Oh No, I've Turned into a Kitty!

This novel will switch to paid chapters on Friday, September 23. The paid chapters are 21–41, so if you've already read them, please don't buy them again. The switch comes with a 10,000-character update. Thank you all for your support so far, and I hope you'll continue to support the story.

[Do you know about worldlines?]

[At every point in time, making a different choice creates another worldline.]

[Worldlines drift slowly, occasionally colliding and intersecting.]

[If, and this is only a hypothetical, at the moment two worldlines collide, you and your counterpart on a two-dimensional plane are in exactly the same pose and condition...]

[Then a jump may occur.]

[You might become another version of yourself.]

And so, she became a cat.

She learned to walk on four legs and play with the other kittens.

She learned to teach the new kittens how to use the litter box, and to live peacefully with the dog staying at their home.

She learned to sneak out through the door and join the strays in causing mischief and standing up for justice.

She also learned to lounge openly at the entrance to the residential complex, enjoying the praise and treats from the neighborhood aunties and uncles, then head home with her owner at sunset.

In the end, she became an internet-famous cat.

Possible content warnings:

1. The cat protagonist eats human food. The jump caused by the collision between worldlines was incomplete, so she still has human dietary needs.

2. A slice-of-life story with little in the way of writing craft, logic, or plot.

3. It will be revealed in the middle and later parts that the protagonist was originally human, but she will not turn back into a human.

4. The protagonist chooses to be spayed. Her owner doesn't date or marry.

5. More to be added.

Theme: Live well, no matter what.
