After I Turned Stupid, I Found Out He Liked Me Too

A short novella of around 100,000 words!

The gong is a CEO: cool, aloof, and extraordinarily handsome. He's never been involved with a woman, from childhood to adulthood, because he's been secretly in love with the shou all along.

The shou is the gong's childhood friend and subordinate. He's elegant and gentle, and his smile feels like a spring breeze, but he always keeps a proper distance and isn't close to anyone.

The gong knows his childhood friend hates intimate relationships. He worries that confessing might cost him even their friendship, so he never dares to reveal his feelings.

-

But life is unpredictable. One day, the gong gets hit by a car and becomes an idiot.

He's lost all his memories and remembers only the shou's address. So he slips out of his hospital bed and runs to crouch outside the shou's home.

The shou, who has searched everywhere for the gong and finally returned home, exhausted, stares at him: ...

His fists clench.

The gong insists that the shou's home is his own and that the shou is his wife.

The shou tries to take the gong back to the hospital, but whenever he hints at it, the gong gets upset and angry, then gives him an accusing look with watery eyes. His aloof image is nowhere to be seen.

The shou is completely helpless against him and can only let the gong stay at his place for now. The two spend a period of chaotic, flirtatious domestic life together.

-

But the blood clot in the gong's brain soon clears, and he fully recovers his intelligence. He remembers how badly he embarrassed himself in front of the person he loves while he was an idiot, and wishes he could vanish from the face of the earth.

Not knowing how to face the shou, the gong decides to keep pretending to be an idiot for a while.

But the longer he pretends, the more he feels that something is off.

Why does the shou look at him with such hungry eyes, like a wolf?

Why does the shou feed him, dress him, and bathe him, and even insist on sleeping in the same bed at night?

And why... is there a locked door in the shou's house?

A gong who's aloof in public but soft on the inside x a possessive, obsessive shou who pretends to be normal. Mutual pining, 1v1, happy ending.

Theme: Work hard and stay dedicated.
