Blurb:
[Main story complete, with occasional standalone extras]
After waking up four hundred years later, starving Kazuki stared hungrily at a pair of infants...
Then his blood sister smacked him one.
She earnestly told him not to consort with those evil spirits.
So, after being forced to drink chicken, duck, cow, and sheep blood for several years, he finally got to see the "evil spirits" his sister had mentioned on the day his little nephew ran away from home...
His sister hadn't lied to him!
Deciding he needed to cleanse his eyes, Kazuki casually slaughtered a few demons as an offering to heaven. When he turned around, his little nephew was gone.
Huh? Where had that little guy gone?
The Demon Slayer Corps, founded a thousand years ago, was welcoming a special new member today...
Huh? The Master looked a little unsettled. What should they call him? An ancestor?
The young man before them had snow-white skin and golden hair, his bright blue eyes as clear as the sky.
He was ruthless in battle, showing no mercy to man-eating demons. Yet he was also astonishingly attentive: even when a Corps member had only a tiny crack in a finger, he would drag them to the infirmary.
The Master was greatly reassured and put Kazuki in charge of the infirmary.
Kazuki smiled warmly. "Please don't come back from the battlefield with serious injuries, or I might not be able to control myself."
Everyone: ???
Later...
Kyojuro pulled open his collar;
Tanjiro pressed his forehead against Kazuki's;
Sanemi slashed open an artery;
Zenitsu cried until his eyes were swollen;
Even Giyu, who wasn't good with words, said, "There, there. If you're hungry, you should eat."
Master Kagaya silently straightened his clothes.
His health wasn't good, so he wouldn't join in the fun.
Reading Guide:
1. The romance is slow-burn, with character growth as the main theme. This isn't a typical harem standoff: there are feelings, but no confessions, and all the affection is one-sided. The protagonist is dense and only feels paternal love [emphasis added].
2. The timeline differs from the original. Everyone survives. There are many original settings, so there is no Insect Hashira, only a Flower Hashira.
3. I'm a novice writer and welcome constructive feedback and discussion. Please don't attack me personally. If this isn't for you, just tap the top-right corner of the screen and leave.
About This Novel:
1. The artery mentioned in the blurb is needed for the plot. In a moment of desperation, Sanemi wants Kazuki to drink a large amount of his blood. This is neither suicide nor a blood donation, so please don't try it yourselves, dear readers!
2. Chapters 51 to 59 do not feature the protagonist. They are a standalone Kyojuro and Makomo arc. If that bothers you, feel free to skip ahead after chapter 51.
Upcoming Novel Blurb:
At the start of university, Lu Chaoque, who had never been much of a gamer, was assigned a top-ranked player as his master. On the day of their first meeting, Lu Chaoque logged in early to make a good impression.
But he suffered from motion sickness, and only had time to hurriedly tell the club president before logging off in a panic. He had no idea the president hadn't even checked his phone, leaving Gu Zhenzhou stood up and increasingly annoyed.
At their second meeting, Lu Chaoque learned his lesson and showed up right on time. But as soon as he logged in, his master, who had an unexpected commitment, dragged him into a flurry of high-intensity maneuvers. The screen lurched so violently during the apprenticeship ceremony that Lu Chaoque dropped his mouse to take a breather. By the time he saw Gu Zhenzhou's message, his master had already logged off.
Gu Zhenzhou had had enough. He didn't need a disciple like this!
But his childhood friend, who was also Lu Chaoque's club president, arranged for the two of them to meet in person first.
As soon as they met, Gu Zhenzhou's temper vanished. His junior was so well-behaved and polite as he apologized. With their master-disciple season about to begin, Gu Zhenzhou decided that having an obedient disciple wouldn't be so bad.
But he never imagined he would have to put up with that attitude in the game...
"Tide Comes and Goes, could you stop wandering around so slowly?"
"Tide Comes and Goes, when you see the red circle, you need to sprint!"
"Tide Comes and Goes, where are you? Hello?"
Later, as if worn down until he had no temper left, Gu Zhenzhou learned to appreciate the scenery at every spot where Lu Chaoque stopped to admire the footprints.
He accompanied Lu Chaoque at an unhurried pace. Even when the game stopped receiving updates, they still had a lifetime ahead of them to explore together.
Reading Guide:
1. A sweet, heartwarming coming-of-age story, 1v1, happy ending.
2. The game is just how they meet. The story doesn't delve too deeply into the game itself.
Theme: Meet the world with kindness, and treat others with sincerity.
I can't. Every time I see the title of the article, I always think of it as "Both are ghosts for a thousand years, Wu Mei and I have longer lives." Because I use the WAP web version, the title of the article in the favorites only shows the words "Both are ghosts for a thousand years, Wu Mei and I"
In fact, my sister is the stepmother's wife, right?
The cherry blossom flavor turns out to be delicious. Don't you think this thing is not useful?
Le, the fire pillar shouted to wake up my wife
Nice writing, what are the rules for adding updates? Big bald guy updates, thank you.
No, the main house of the lord will change places regularly. It is not fixed. It is because there is a special vampire technique that can track the team members and cause changes, or there will be a hidden member who is caught searching the memory and cannot know the specific route.
The protagonist has not appeared in several chapters. This is not a group novel.
Ask my sister and others to use wooden knives to split the rocks ()
"Lao Bangniang" gave the author a big worm~ Boss lady
Update it!!! I've had such a hard time waiting for you...
