I Woke Up as the Female Lead's Older Sister [Short Story]

There is nothing scary about waking up inside a novel you just finished reading.

There is nothing scary about becoming a background female character who appears only a few times, tucked away in some forgotten corner of the story.

Even being dropped into a melodramatic novel full of heartbreak, physical suffering, and emotional devastation isn't scary.

What's scary is that I've been in this world for a whole week, and I haven't even opened my eyes.

In short, I've become the seriously ill older sister of the female lead.

Theme: Add a little silliness to the Mary Sue trope.
