My Deskmate Is So Cute

I believe fate exists, because from middle school through high school, my seatmate was always Bachira Meguru.

Today was a good day. I barely hesitated before stopping Bachira Meguru as he was about to leave.

Me: Please go out with me.

Bachira Meguru: I'm going to play soccer.

I was rejected so completely that I couldn't even manage to say, "Good luck in your match," to save face.

But I never expected this:

Just as Bachira was about to leave, he held up a V sign to her and said with a smile, "Wait for me, Momo-chan~"

Huh??? What does that mean?

Does that count as a yes?

P.S. This is a super short story. I love Bachira Meguru from Blue Lock. I love him. He's so cute.

Everyone, please go watch Blue Lock!
