After Becoming a Beggar, I Devoted Myself to Seeking Death

After transmigrating, Ling Xia became a little beggar who had nearly frozen to death in the street!

Ling Xia thought that dying might be for the best. Maybe she could return to the modern world. So she tried every way she could think of to end her life, only to be rescued time and again.

First by an old beggar, then by an old Daoist priest from Qingyun Temple.

To repay the old Daoist for his kindness, she stayed for the time being. She thought that once he passed away, she would find a river or a crooked tree and finally put an end to it all.

But then, an accident left the old Daoist at death's door. With no other choice, Ling Xia entered Prince Rui's manor to bring good luck to the unconscious heir by marrying him.

Later, the heir woke up, the old Daoist died, and Ling Xia felt she had nothing left to keep her in this strange world. So she went to jump into a river again.

Instead, the heir of Prince Rui saved her!

Ling Xia wailed, was this what fate had in store for her?

Faced with her savior, Ling Xia not only failed to thank him, but also blurted out, "Forget it, I'm not dying!"

And so, that year, Ling Xia decided to stay in this other world and live her life to the fullest. She wouldn't just live, she'd make something of herself. She couldn't bring shame on transmigrators. If there was money to be made, she'd make it; if there was someone handsome to admire, she'd admire him. No, wait! She'd pursue happiness!
