At the school's Hundred-Day Oath Rally, every girl in school gazed adoringly at Chi Ying as he spoke on behalf of the outstanding students.

His shirt was pristine white and his bearing sharp. He had won countless international awards in mathematics and science, and his grades left everyone else far behind. He was a shoo-in for a place at a prestigious university.

Her best friend whispered to Su Miao, "As soon as the ceremony ends, the girl next to me is going to confess to him."

Sure enough, when the rally ended, a girl blushingly confessed to Chi Ying. He rejected her politely and gracefully. "You're beautiful. You deserve even more beautiful scenery around you."

Being gently rejected by Chi Ying even once had become something the girls dreamed of.

Su Miao turned and walked away, expressionless.

At noon, in an empty corridor, Chi Ying toyed with the cap of his lighter, his gaze clinging to her as he smiled with rakish confidence. "Are you mad?"

Xue Li thought Chen Xize was using her as a shield, but one day he really did confess to her.

In the classroom, she watched his handsome features draw closer and closer, and asked in a trembling voice, "Are you crazy?"

Chen Xize gazed at her lips, clearly wanting more, and lifted the corner of his mouth. "Yes."
