Shocking! The Little Cat Actually...!

In the age of declining magic, spiritual energy has run dry. Ling Heng, a nine-tailed cat spirit, chooses to sleep. He is finally roused by a cacophony of noise. Ling Heng instinctively stretches, his fluffy tails spreading lazily and smacking a crazed red-eyed rat into the air. When Ling Heng wakes, he finds the world has changed. The air around him is thick and chilly, and humans have become bizarre in appearance. Meow, meow, meow? The little cat is confused. The little cat is deeply shocked. The little cat decides to find a sucker... Ling Heng looks at the unconscious man in the alley before him and examines his features. He hasn't lost his nose, and he doesn't have an extra eye. The little cat nods in satisfaction, finds a clean spot on the man, curls up, and settles down. Theme: Who could possibly turn down a little cat?
