Mizuki-Kun Doesn’t Want to Play Tennis

Promoting my upcoming column story: "The Ten Greats of Totsuki Beg Me to Stop Pretending" is out now, and "Miss Mizuki Doesn't Want to Fall in Love" is also underway. One day, a tiny sweetheart hatched and came into the world at the Mizuki residence. "I know you! You're the useless manager from St. Rudolph!" The newly born sweetheart said this to five-year-old Mizuki. "I'm the ideal version of you! Let's become the greatest tennis players together!" Mizuki Hajime, who hated all sports: Ah... But I want to be a manga artist? Sweetheart: ??? Upcoming: "Miss Mizuki Doesn't Want to Fall in Love" Mizuki Hajime was St. Rudolph's famous campus beauty, elegant in her manner and stunning in appearance, with countless admirers. What outsiders loved to gossip about was how, because of her, quite a few powerful tennis players claimed they had fallen in love at first sight. They ignored their original tennis clubs' desperate pleas and insisted on transferring schools to pursue their love. One particular case deserves special mention: Fuji from Seigaku was planning to come to St. Rudolph and settle the score after his younger brother transferred schools to chase after someone. But the moment he saw Mizuki Hajime, his attitude did a complete 360, and he made the following shameless remark: "Yuta, I had no idea you transferred schools to help your big brother find a sister-in-law. Thanks, I've seen her now. My wife really is beautiful." Yuta: ? No, seriously, are you okay, bro? Try acting like a human being for once.jpg When St. Rudolph's campus beauty heard about it, she merely furrowed her brow slightly. After a long pause, she asked in a gentle, puzzled voice, "Fuji from Seigaku, who?" Why did so many people she didn't know keep coming to find her? She really didn't know any of those admirers from other schools out there!! "The Ten Greats of Totsuki Beg Me to Stop Pretending" After returning from studying abroad in China, Shinozaki Chiki went to study at a place called Totsuki, on his older brother's recommendation. The people here were kind and the culture was wholesome. If he hadn't still been holding a thick stack of Shokugeki challenge letters, he might actually have believed it! Shinozaki Chiki: I'm so tired. Maybe I should just drop out. Shinozaki Kojiro: I won't allow it. You're going to become Totsuki's top seat. Faced with his older brother's heartfelt expectations, Shinozaki Chiki, a devoted big-brother-con, found it hard to refuse. So he could only swallow his bitterness and join the melee with everyone else. [Sad Diary]: Today is my 96th day at Totsuki. The wind on the rooftop is so strong. I'm scared. Everyone here is so powerful. Every one of the legendary Ten Greats looks like they could pin me to the ground and beat me up. Big Brother, I really can't take much more of this (fake crying). (Offscreen): Shinozaki, you're up next! Shinozaki Chiki: Got it. (Starts sharpening a knife with an expressionless face.) The Totsuki Ten Greats, who witnessed this with their own eyes: ? Dude, why do you have two completely different sides? Please treat us fairly! Theme: Love sports and keep your body strong
