I'm Catching Freeloaders in the Entertainment Industry

Zhao Jing is a top assistant director in the industry, skilled at handling a director's responsibilities for directors who have no idea how to direct. Her online handle is Professional Stand-In.

Her original dream was to work as a stand-in long enough to build up her resume, then find a suitable sucker, no, investor, to fund her own production, one that could proudly list [Chief Director: Zhao Jing] in the credits.

But her dream was cut short before it was half fulfilled. Zhao Jing encountered an absurd situation unlike anything she'd ever faced in her stand-in, no, directing career.

The leading actress ran away -> the screenwriter ran away -> the director was arrested -> the leading man ran away.

Should I run too?

Just then, Zhao Jing heard a voice.

"Mission issued: Complete the production shoot. The focus level of credited actors must be at least 90%, and that of extras and crew members must be at least 80%. Failure will result in the punishment of watching one hundred terrible movies. Refusing the mission counts as failure."

Zhao Jing refused to accept that. "I really won't take it, then. What can you do to me?"

One second later, after experiencing the punishment, Zhao Jing bitterly regretted it.

"I was wrong! I'll do it, all right? Just give me another chance to be a decent person!"
