Lin Chenyu: Thanks for the offer, but I just want to study hard and keep improving. As it happens, from the start, she kisses Nian Qing, the hottest actress around and the female lead in the book, right in front of the male lead. Lin Chenyu: A certain plant. Lin Chenyu deals with the System while fretting over the male and female leads' sudden attentiveness. The female lead: You kissed me, so you have to take responsibility. Scumbag Lin: Seriously, does anyone really fall for someone over a single kiss? Actress Nian, please show some restraint. The female lead: All right, wifey. Lin Chenyu: ? Nian Qing: A seemingly aloof goddess, above worldly concerns, but actually with plenty of exes VS Lin Chenyu: Seemingly proper and cold, but actually rather lively inside Theme: Study hard, date seriously, and live well
