[The Earth Online] How the Tower Boss Can Resign

Background: This was an early work I wrote for fun. I stopped updating because I couldn't keep writing, and I haven't locked it because I still plan to rewrite it. I don't know when I'll get around to it, and I'll replace the original directly. Help, there are so many stories that need rewriting. I'll never start a story on a whim again.

The original version 1.0 blurb

Earth has gone online.

Song Zhisheng planned to trigger a PvP instance against other people to become an official player. But before she could even leave home, she triggered an instance.

Song Zhisheng: I was already mentally prepared for the instance games we'd have to face after Earth went online.

Song Zhisheng gritted her teeth: Who knew it would send me straight in as the BOSS?!

Being a powerful Black Tower instance BOSS has its perks, such as the low odds of anyone entering her instance. As a result, Song Zhisheng's life is so peaceful that it's boring.

Bored out of her mind, Song Zhisheng is once again seriously wondering how a Black Tower BOSS can quit.

An adorable pixelated figure yells from outside the door: "Zhisheng, come out and play! Let's go set the Great Elven Prairie on fire! We can invite Hongtao, too!"

Song Zhisheng slaps the table. "Let's go! Call Hongtao!"

She can't think of anything anyway, and she's got time to kill, so why not go out for a walk? =v=

Great Elven Prairie, rest in peace. Amen.

.

Black Tower: Got too much free time? Then I'll send some players your way. Tang Mo and the others look like a good fit. :)

Song Zhisheng: Get lost!!

.

After the PvP game "Who Stole My Book?" ended, Tang Mo not only got a giant matchstick from the pixelated figure and earned its scorn, but also inexplicably received a notification that he'd earned "the Rabbit Bride's affection and concern."

Tang Mo: ? Have I met this person?

Song "Rabbit Bride" Zhisheng: Ha. I was still trying to keep my secret identity under wraps, but who knew the Black Tower had been digging into it for ages?

Tips: 1. A The Earth Online fanfic, third-person narration. No canon couples will be broken up, and the ending will most likely have no couples.

2. Original female character. Read at your own risk. I'm just playing around with some fun ideas that came to mind. I wrote it because I wanted to.

3. Any OOC is on me. All credit goes to Mo Chenhuan.

4. There will be plenty of interactions with the Black Tower BOSSES, and lots of original worldbuilding.

5. The cover was AI-generated. I made one on a whim, and it turned out surprisingly nice, so I used it.

Theme: Hey, the Black Tower's deluxe package~
