This story is full of personal indulgences and mainly told from the demons' perspective.

The story takes place roughly seven hundred years before the original Divine Throne. The protagonist is His Majesty the Demon God Emperor. The name used in Volume One is “A Yu.” He's focused on his career, and His Majesty has no romance.

If you want to read about Long Haochen, you can skip this for now. He may not appear until Volumes Six or Seven.
