Synopsis

[Complete]

Luo Wen transmigrated to another world, then came back, all in the space of five hours.

During those five hours, Luo Wen experienced the greatest ups and downs of his life.

But now, the real test was only just beginning.

On June 1, 2122, hundreds of people around the world vanished at the same time. A few hours later, they returned to where they had been. No one knew what had happened during those hours.

Half a year later, with a deafening “Duang,” humanity’s worldview shattered into pieces.

Luo Wen: You might not believe me, but I’m actually a dragon.

[The Five Bestselling Books by Transmigrators:

1. Tiberan Cuisine

2. Famous People of Tiberan

3. The Scenery of Tiberan

4. Tiberan’s Five-Year Plan for Reform and Opening Up

5. Entertainment for You, AKA The Transmigrators’ Gossip Weekly

To buy any of these books, you must know the transmigrator password. It is engraved on your soul!]

(A sweet reader told me that adding this ranking would make my blurb more interesting~)

* This is about a group of transmigrators trying to “survive” after returning to Earth. The revival of spiritual qi on Earth becomes part of the story midway through.

* Set in an alternate modern world. Please don’t confuse it with reality.

* Although I wrote this during four months of quarantine, I swear on my hairline that this story contains nothing depressing. The main focus is lighthearted daily life.

* Dedicated to the spring I lost in 2022.

“There’s Always a Monster Trying to Convince Me to Ascend”

Lian Chuan had just graduated from university and hadn’t even started his life as an office drone when he was told two things. First, he wasn’t human. Second, he was the lord of Shanhai, and he had to go back and inherit the position of Mountain Lord.

What is Shanhai? It’s the collective name for the Five Mountains, Four Seas, and Eight Wilds.

Now that the Heavenly Ladder has broken, this is the last spiritual land left in the mortal world.

More than half the gods and monsters in the country are counting on him to survive.

Lian Chuan: Wow~ So I’m the landlord of every monster in the country? What’s the rent?

Ming Lou: Every monster who moves into Shanhai will give you a spiritual flame. Through that flame, you can borrow the monster’s power.

Lian Chuan: That’s amazing!

Ming Lou: I forgot to tell you. Shanhai is about to collapse, and everyone’s waiting for you to come back and fix the place.

Lian Chuan: ...How do I fix it?

Ming Lou: First, you have to ascend within three years!

Lian Chuan: ...

Ming Lou: If you don’t ascend, everyone’s going down with you!

Lian Chuan: ...

Lian Chuan: Excuse me, you said I’m not human, so what am I?

Ming Lou: You’re not human, not a monster, and certainly not a god.

Lian Chuan: ...

Ming Lou: Of all beings in the Three Realms and Six Paths, you alone are nothing at all.

Lian Chuan: ...

Theme: Home is always the courage that lets a person keep going

Completed, Satisfying Danmei with a Bottom-Protagonist, and Few Favorites

These are shou-focused wish-fulfillment novels I've read from start to finish, and they're guaranteed to hit the spot. So many of them have unbelievably few favorites... Such a shame. I hope more fans of shou-focused feel-good stories will find them.

Mid-Autumn Reading List (Bottom-Leaning)

Come guess the lantern riddles. This is the shou-biased, anything-goes version. I absolutely cannot stand gongs doted on by shous, clingy gongs, or muddy gongs. I'll make a separate list for any other things I dislike that come to mind. My dislikes may change, but the shou protagonists are always the sole focus.
