After the Best Supporting Actress Went on Strike

Qiao Yue felt as though she had dreamed a very, very long dream. In that dream, she seemed to have lived another life.

In that other life, she was an actress, one who had won every Best Supporting Actress award. Even though people mocked her as the perennial supporting actress, no one could deny her talent or fame.

Then one day, while choosing a script, she noticed that a supporting character in one of them shared her name. She opened it to take a look, but before she could finish reading, she woke up.

After waking, Qiao Yue realized that she seemed to be the villainous supporting character in the female-lead drama script she had been reading in her dream.

The timing was critical. In the story, she had just discovered that the supposedly independent and self-reliant female lead was having an ambiguous relationship with her husband. Distraught, she would soon get into a car accident and be hospitalized, officially making her debut as the villainess.

After sorting out her situation, Qiao Yue didn't hesitate to quit, even though in that strange dream, she had always been the best supporting actress.

But she only wanted to be the one and only leading lady in her own life, and she was willing to work as hard as it took to make that happen!
