Why Is This CEO So Ridiculous?

Wen Nianci is socially anxious. He never expected to wake up one day with a stranger in his bed. He pulls back the covers, and their eyes meet.

The other man scowls. “Hey, you. Who gave you the nerve to climb into my bed?”

Wen Nianci replies quietly, “This is my house.”

After a series of twists and turns, he has no choice but to accept that the other man is Fu Shian, the male lead from the book he wrote.

While shopping for clothes, Fu Zechen frowns at an outfit that costs several thousand and pulls out a black card. “I’ll take every outfit in my size.”

The sales clerk smiles politely. “Sir, our store doesn’t accept Black Knight cards.”

Wen Nianci shifts away, almost eight hundred meters, silently repeating to himself: I don’t know him. I don’t know him.

At a restaurant, Fu Zechen tells the waiter, “There’s five million on this card. Buy your restaurant.”

The waiter smiles. “Sir, five million is just one quarter’s revenue for our restaurant.”

Wen Nianci scoots away, practically wearing “I don’t know him” on his face, and prays inwardly: Don’t look over here. Don’t look over here.

After a while, Fu Zechen is so smitten with Wen Nianci that he’s completely lost his bearings.

Fu Zechen: He must like me. Otherwise, why would he live with me for so long?

After deciding to confess, he finds a beautiful spot and invites Wen Nianci on an outing.

He gazes into Wen Nianci’s eyes and says, “Hey, you. You’re the first person to catch my attention. From today on, you belong to me. I want you to have only me in your heart and mind, forever. No one else.”

After being rejected, Fu Zechen makes a bold declaration: “Are you playing hard to get? You’ve succeeded.”

Wen Nianci rolls his eyes. “Get lost.”

Thinking about his past “successes” makes him feel suffocated. Being with the two of them would be worse than the Earth colliding with the sun.
