The Paper God

(Working on the draft. This will be my next story.)

The End, supreme god of the Illusory Land Continent, had lately been feeling inexplicably drained of divine power and terribly listless.

After looking into it, the End discovered that he was actually an extremely rare character in a game. The reason he was growing weaker was that a player who had once been utterly obsessed with him had fallen for someone else, and had stopped spending money and grinding for him.

The End broke through the dimensional barrier and found the player. One day, the young man whose game ID was "End's Husband" was about to spend 648 yuan on a new character right in front of him!

Before the player could tap the "Confirm Payment" button, the god's hand shot out and gripped the man's throat.

The End looked down at him. "You dare spend your money and time on someone else? You're asking to die."

The man looked at him and said, "I'm a man of principles. I only spend money on my wife, and I only grind for my wife. Will you be my wife, Lord God?"

The End: "!!!"
