When Misa first arrived, she had a golden dream.
She wanted to become the savior of the wicked.
But by her third month on Rhodes Island, she'd decided to let it go.
Everyone was so nice, and they were so good at talking (literally). She loved them to bits. So she'd put aside her plan to quietly take out Kal'tsit, infiltrate the Rhodes Island leadership, and summon a catastrophe to take revenge on society.
She could spend her days chatting over tea in the Rhodes Island greenhouse, working herself to the bone in the Medical Department, and becoming a star on Rhodes Island with her singing.
She could coax kids into playing pranks, help people get together, obsess over her coworkers' ships, slack off and fight on the battlefield, and sneak midnight snacks with the Doctor.
Now and then, she could go to Iberia to blow up some Seaborn, cheer on people she knew from the stands at knight tournaments, listen to a close friend's recital in Rhodes Island's music room, which rivaled Leithanien's grand theaters, or mock the perverted Bloodfiends across the battlefield alongside the Banshees.
Life was wonderful.
Little by little, Misa forgot what she'd set out to do in the first place.
An Arknights OC story.
Misa-chan's original concept dates all the way back to when Flamebringer first appeared, so a lot of it seems unreasonable now...
She's an angel... with an anatomically unreasonable bone structure (not really).
There are lots of original details, since the character's core concept was originally the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse... But a frail nun works too, right? Right?
There might be a little bit of shipping. Like Flamebringer x Executor, or Executor x Flamebringer? (not really) It's such a good ship, everyone should give it a try. If it's not for you, feel free to move on.
Still working on the backstory.
I need to figure out how to write some Library of Ruina bonus chapters.
Theme: Pursue hope and light
Looking forward to the update, if there is one
