A Futile Pursuit

Groveling romance.

Tentatively set at university.

The top briefly falls from grace after his family suffers a crisis. During that time, he sees the warmth and coldness of human nature. Later, he regains his position as a powerful, influential young master. The bottom comes from a happy family, but after his parents die in an accident, he truly falls into the gutter.

The two already had a conflict and were at odds. After the top regains his power, the fair-weather friends around him flock back to his side. To make it up to him, they deliberately bully the bottom.

The bottom is a victim, trampled by others. The top watches indifferently, believing it has nothing to do with him.

But while going through his family's crisis, the top comes to cherish an extraordinarily wonderful, irreplaceable white moonlight. Yet this white moonlight will only chat with him on the phone and refuses to meet him.

The fair-weather friends pick on the bottom again and again. The top turns a blind eye and heads home to call his white moonlight. Then the bottom's phone rings...

Theme: Even after enduring hardship, never stop looking for the beauty in life.
