Blurb:
Just as top-tier mission-taker Jiang Ziqing finished her hundredth mission and prepared to retire, she was unexpectedly assigned a hundred-and-first: to play the heroine of a tragic cultivation novel.
Although Jiang Ziqing had already trained all her skills to the maximum level during her previous missions, including her cultivation, the System told her that to help her better play a heroine who gets abused, all her levels would be restricted to -1 while she was doing the mission.
Level -1 means there's an extra minus sign compared to level 1. Not only is her cultivation weak and her abilities poor, she could even trip on flat ground and immediately cough up blood.
Great, that's exactly how a tragic heroine should be.
Jiang Ziqing's only special privilege in this mission is the ability to see the story text in advance.
[Light rain falls from the sky, soaking Jiang Ziqing's clothes. The bone-deep cold pierces the young girl's heart.]
...Light rain?
Only after Jiang Ziqing looked up and saw fish raining down from the sky did she realize that things weren't so simple.
That's right, this story is full of typos.
And she can make those typos come true.
Original Scene 1:
The aloof Immortal Venerable, whom the heroine is infatuated with, sweeps his sleeve and shoves her away. "Disciple Jiang Ziqing, you have violated the sect rules. Throw her in the dungeon!"
The heroine spits blood ten feet away and collapses on the spot.
In reality:
The aloof Immortal Venerable sweeps his sleeve and retreats Jiang Ziqing away. "Disciple Jiang Ziqing, you have violated the sect rules. Throw her in the dungeon!"
Jiang Ziqing spits snow ten feet away and immediately stands on her head.
The aloof Immortal Venerable is frozen into an ice sculpture. Everyone is stunned: What kind of special spellcasting pose is that? It's incredibly powerful!
Original Scene 2:
The Fire Demon King ties up the heroine and launches a burst of flames at her, showing no mercy. "Tell me! Where did you hide the Jade Linglong?"
The heroine is sweating from the pain, but still presses her lips together and says nothing.
In reality:
The Fire Demon King helps the heroine up, launches a burst of flames, and starts untying Jiang Ziqing as he delivers his line. "Tell me! Where did you hide the Jade Linglong?"
Jiang Ziqing is covered in big men. Since the big men protect her, the flames pass by without harming her, while the Fire Demon King, who's untying her, catches fire instead.
Fire Demon King: What am I doing? Ah, hot... Hot, hot...

"The Story Is Old-Fashioned, but I'm Normal"
Blurb: As times change, there are many old-fashioned Mary Sue stories that seem utterly ridiculous by today's standards.
So when Lu Momo transmigrates into one of these old-fashioned stories, she becomes the only normal person in it...
One day, the male lead appears.
The students crowd along both sides of the school gate, cheering for the male lead, shouting about how handsome he is, and watching the moment the male and female leads meet.
Only Lu Momo dashes past them, crying, "Aaah, I'm going to be late for a required class!"
In the end, Lu Momo becomes the only student in the whole school to make it to class on time. She earns the high praise of her counselor and professor, and wins the admiration of all the students. What? Someone can actually resist the temptation of a handsome guy and juicy gossip!
The next day, the male lead bullies the female lead as the plot demands, and she silently endures it with tears in her eyes.
The other students gather to watch, some mocking her, some afraid, some sympathetic.
Unable to take it anymore, Lu Momo tells the counselor. When the counselor says, "His dad is so-and-so. We can't touch him," Lu Momo suggests, "Why not call his parents?"
The counselor suddenly realizes, "Oh, right! I have his dad's number!"
A few days into the semester, Lu Momo discovers that none of the students at the school ever study.
That's because, to give the male and female leads time to date, classes are only ten minutes long, with forty-minute breaks!
During the breaks, the whole school goes off to play extras in the leads' romance, so Lu Momo has nothing to do but read and work on her homework.
As a result, she comes first in the school on the final exams, snatching the top scholarship from the female lead by a landslide.
Lu Momo: ...It's not that I'm especially good. The female lead never studies. Even if she's supposed to be a genius, this is taking things too far.
Seeing this, the female lead comes to her senses: Wait, I need to study hard, get a good job, and give back to my family. Forget dating! I'm going to study!
And so, Lu Momo, the most unremarkable background character, becomes a prominent figure at school simply because she's so normal.
Along the way, she gradually sets all the characters in the Mary Sue story straight...
At last, Lu Momo graduates and starts working. She thinks she has finally escaped the Mary Sue story, but one day at work, she sees a new employee with "innocent and pure" written all over her face, blundering into the CEO's private elevator...
Lu Momo: SHIFT!
Notes:
1. A silly slice-of-life story, nothing but everyday life.
2. "Shitf" is a joke. Some Mary Sue stories misspell "shit" as "shift". It's a fairly obscure joke, so I'm explaining it here.
3. Due to the story's premise, everyone except the heroine starts out abnormal and brainless.
Theme: Live well. No one is born insignificant.
It was so right when I saw it in one go. I loved it so much. Last time I saw a comment on a drama that is very relevant here: the screenwriter chose to go crazy between love and comedy, but! She is so crazy and I love her so much! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha did not like this novel so much, I decided to read the author's other novels
I actually solved v. I hope you can take your time and don't be anxious. Just get better and better.
Unexpectedly, I fell into a book that the author has stopped updating for two years.
Come on, it's very well written. It's so good that people laugh when I read it in public and make others think I'm sick.
Mrs.---- Do you still update? Wuwuwuwuwuwu, I have been living at the bottom of the pit.
I just finished reading the Gu Zaowen No Book next door and looked through my previous collections. I found that the wife is actually the same and hasn't been updated yet (fainted)
The male protagonist finally asked why he still didn't admit it. I hope they can recognize each other quickly.
I went to climb Huangshan Mountain during the college entrance examination holiday. While climbing, I didn't forget to read my wife's novels. I laughed so hard hahahahaha. By the way, madam, do your students know that you are writing novels?
Oh my god, I also want 100,000 snacks
Let me start by saying that the writing is really good, but let me tell you that I didn't buy Tears of the Kingdom. One is because the hype around it was too hot, which made me a little rebellious. The other is that I haven't played Breath of the Wild thoroughly yet, so I'm going to wait a little longer, like 900 pieces, haha, hahahaha.
