Xu Sui transmigrates into a book after getting into a car accident on his way to work.
In the book, he becomes a sickly young master who is still in school and happens to share his name. He has a fiance who treats him as a stand-in, treats him badly in every way, and even abandons his cat because he hates pets.
The first thing Xu Sui does after waking up is dump his fiance. Then, in the middle of the night, he climbs over the wall to look for his cat.
He doesn't find the cat, but he does come across a stray puppy.

What annoys Zhao Xuan most is how Xu Sui waits on his fiance hand and foot.

One time, Zhao Xuan lost control and mocked Xu Sui mercilessly in front of everyone, leaving him red-faced and triggering an attack.

As Zhao Xuan stood there in a daze, Xu Sui suddenly appeared atop the wall and looked down at him.

Everyone at Tiancheng No. 1 High School knows Xu Sui and Zhao Xuan are rivals. They're like fire and water, keep out of each other's way, and can't share the same mountain.
But at some point, things changed.
Xu Sui goes to clean the sports field,
Zhao Xuan holds an umbrella over him.
Xu Sui goes to eat,
Zhao Xuan ladles soup into his bowl.
Unable to hold back, a friend pulls Zhao Xuan aside and asks, "Didn't you say you couldn't stand how sickly he is?"
