Most importantly, there was a Demon Lord in the Demon Realm, a man with powers reaching the heavens. He could surely find anyone the little grass spirit wanted to find.
The little grass spirit returned to the Demon Realm with his parents and went to see the Demon Lord that very night.
When he saw the Demon Lord, he thought his parents hadn't lied to him after all.
He'd found the person he was looking for as soon as he saw the Demon Lord.
The little grass spirit was attentive to the Demon Lord, even though the Demon Lord didn't know who he was.
But the Demon Lord thought the shameless, alluring little grass spirit was beneath his notice and treated him like a blade of grass he couldn't see.
Then one day, the little grass spirit accidentally drank some drugged liquor and looked at him with a pitiful expression.
A familiar yet unfamiliar face suddenly flashed through the Demon Lord's mind.
The next day, the Demon Lord painted that face and told the little grass spirit he was only using him as a substitute.
The little grass spirit was heartbroken.
The little grass spirit refused to give up!
He sneaked into the Demon Lord's bedchamber and finally found the painting.
